Return Terms

Product returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The return must be made within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of your order.
The returned product must, if not used, be in excellent condition (as new) just before it is sold, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, which should not have tears or damage / alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging.
On return the product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice).
In case of fault of www.vartan.gr, if the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product (s). or to repay the amount by bank deposit.

In case you receive a defective product, let us know as soon as possible about the product and the problem that occurred. If it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we undertake to receive it and replace it at our own expense.

Before returning the product, you should contact us to inform us at e-mail info@vartan.gr or by phone 25510-83884 during business hours and days.

Returns process

In this case you will contact us as soon as possible where we will inform you about the return process and you in turn the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your order, the person in charge will check the condition of the product and then will guide you for further. If you wish to change the product with another one, we would recommend that you contact our store earlier to confirm the availability of the new product.

You can send us the product following the procedure below:

Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment or use the box in which you received your order.
Put in the package a document in which you let us know how you wish to resolve the outstanding financial issue, if the product is deemed fit for return, or the new product you want us to send you, in case of change.
Send the parcel, through the General Post Office from which you received your order.

Return cost

In case of vartan.gr fault, the cost of the return is borne by our store and the customer can choose if he wants a refund, a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product or the re-shipment of the order. Also, in this case the receipt of the product is done from your place with our shipping costs. In case of fault of the customer, the latter bears the costs of packaging and shipping.

The store reserves the right to cancel or modify its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of repeated returns or in case vartan.gr, at its absolute discretion, considers that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

In case the product violates the terms of returns and is deemed unsuitable for return, then it will be returned to the customer. Shipping will be borne by him.

GIFT RETURNS

If you want to return a gift, the customer who made the purchase must follow the Returns procedure as described above and he will also be the recipient of the refund.

If you have not received the shipping confirmation email of your order you can send an email to info@vartan.gr of Vartan with the subject “Order Cancellation” stating the details of your order.

For your convenience, the cancellation section is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 14:00.
